2. Old weather beaten motel
3. Old weather beaten roadside diner
4. Boxing Gym
5. Apartment Interrior

1-2 & 3. Try Casa Grande. There are a lot of old buildings down there, some of them deliberately appear as if untouched since the 50's.

4. Boxing Gym on Grand and Roosevelt.

I just joined and a bit late but I agree with Casa Grande. If you head west on Gila Bend Highway to leave Casa Grande and go under a underpass - to your right is an old motel and old gas station. I remember Disney filmed a TV pilot there some years ago. It's also where they filmed 3 Kings.
