Cinema Lounge

IFP/PHX's Cinema Lounges are held one Friday bi-monthly and feature Arizona-made films of all lengths. The space is intimate, seating approx 100 people, so make sure to make your reservations early. This casual event features a post-screening Q&A with the filmmakers and mingling at the beginning and the end of the evening.

WHERE

IFP/PHX Cinema Lounge is held in the Metro Arts Theater, 1700 N 7th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85007. The space is intimate, seating approx 100 people, and the casual event features a post-screening Q&A with filmmakers and networking at the beginning and end of the evening. This event is sponsored by IFP/PHX, which is also located at 1700 N 7th Avenue in Phoenix. It is North of McDowell. Parking is located under the building. Follow the signs to the RED "THEATRE ENTRANCE" for access to the theatre.

WHEN

Happy Hour is from 5:30-7:30 and is open to all with food available for purchase from COMPASS CRAFT SERVICES; no RSVP necessary. The screening starts at 7:30 pm and rsvp/tickets are necessary. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase; beer and wine are available with donation.

ADMISSION

Admission to the screening is FREE for IFP/PHX members and only $5 for non-members. Reservations will be accepted until we are full or until noon on the day of the event. We accept submissions 4 - 6 weeks prior to each event. IFP/PHX member submissions are always screened FREE of charge. Check the Events Calendar for submission details and deadlines.
