About Me:
John launched his acting career in 1964. John and Cathy have been married for 31 years and have four children, and 1 grandson. Four years ago he donated a kidney to his younger brother who subsequently has resumed a normal life. Following his retirement from a 31 yr business career, he is now enjoying acting as a second career. He is a proud member of SAG and AFTRA. Since 2006 he has filmed 13 SAG projects, including Netherbeast Incorporated, Madison Hall, The Martian Revolution, Rubber Ball, The World As It Is Now, 3 Minutes, Fleas of Fury, & commercials for JC Penny, Gatorade, Claritin, UPS, and "made and played in AZ" projects for AZ Health Care Containment Systems; AZ SADD & The AZ State Supreme Court. In April 08 he will film a project for the AZ Fish & Game Dept. He continues to perform on stage as often as possible. In Nov. 2007 he reprised his 2005 ariZoni Award winning role of "Mike" in "In My Humble Opinion" as benefit for the playwright, Terry Earp. The benefit, at the Phoenix Theater, raised over $15,000. He was nominated again for an ariZoni Award in 2006 for his portrayal of Mr. Saunders in Tempe Little Theater's production of "Lend Me a Tenor". He has appeared in numerous industrial films for Volvo Cars of North America, LLC while in their employ for 22 years. He also has several commercials to his credit. John is represented by Dani's Agency (602) 263-1918.

Thank you for keeping an actor working

I'm feeling very grateful and would like to thank everyone who has asked me to be part of their film projects these past 6 months. Late 2007 & 2008 (so far) has been a very busy time for me. On Thursday, May 22nd I'll be in LA to film a SAG short, "Blood Money" which marks the 8th film project of the year. I'll play an LA cop in the 50's.
