I went to St. Bonaventure High School, Ventura-got to see the real Johnny Cash at a High School graduation-went to school with his daughter-looked up to her as she was senior when I was a silly freshman. I wasn't the best student-had to re-take typing class! Ironic! The class of 1982 left a big impression on me-so did Johnny Cash! Love his music, every album! I graduated with a degree in Biology and minor in Psychology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, CA.....who knew! I wrote the book, Promise Ring, in 2005.....don't read it as it is terrible! Amazon.com $10. A difficult time for me and my first piece of art! If only I had been obsessed with Johnny Cash a bit more, I wouldn't have had the "Promise Ring' experience. I've written about five or six screenplays since then. My screenplay, Lost Earring on the Coit won finalist position on writemovies.com and my screenplay, Pat's Purse, based on real life event, won finalist on writemovies.com as well as top 20 Phoenix Film Festival, 2009 and Beverly Hills Film Festival, 2009. I'm open to networking although I'm quite busy with my most important role as mom, swimmer, social goddess and giver. I don't even have enough time to make my own webpage. Need a collaborator, direction, mentor. I guess that's why they hire people! My favorite moment this year was when I attended the Awards Ceremony at the Beverly Hills Film Festival-Beverly Hill's Hotel-none other than Hot Lips from Mash, a very beautiful woman who let me know that my dress didn't fit properly......see classmates.com for a picture. Next year.....and there will be a next year.....I'll make sure my dress fits and that I've purchased all accessories before pulling up in my eco-conscious Prius to valet at the luxurious Beverly Hills Hotel! Please direct me to the next networking site! Did I mention my children are training for the Olympics in swimming and that my favorite movie is Sideways? Sincerely, PRH
